Jesse’s Lawn Maintenance (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates jesseslawn.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the type of project you select, and anything you write in the message field. That is the whole form. We do not ask for payment details, account credentials, or any sensitive category of personal information.
Information collected automatically. Our site records basic visitor statistics: which pages are viewed, approximate location, browser, device type, and referring page. It does not identify you by name.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your request: to contact you about an estimate, schedule a visit, prepare a quote, and perform work you hire us for. If you ask us a question, we use your details to answer it.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Our website host, which stores form submissions on our behalf
- Our email provider, which delivers your request to our inbox
- Our payment processor, if you choose to pay online
The “Pay Now” link sends you to CollectCheckout, a third party. Payment details are entered on their system, not ours. We never see or store your card number. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept for 24 months so we can follow up and keep a record of work discussed. Records tied to work performed are kept as long as needed for tax, warranty and insurance purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic function and for the visitor statistics described above. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the consent banner, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Your choices
You can ask us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@jesseslawn.com or call (509) 734-9536 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are a Washington resident, the My Health My Data Act may give you additional rights. We do not collect health information.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including a secure (HTTPS) connection on every page. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page.
